E&M Works

We also focuses in the provision of electrical and mechanical (E&M) cooridination and sub-contracting services to other construction works, such as plumbing and drainage installation. Apart from our lining service, we had completed various types of projects in the past. Below is one of our project highlights:

 

• ​Client: Shinryo Technical Services Ltd.

• Location: South Intake Cell (SIC) in Admiralty Station (near Lung King Street)

• Job Specification:

 

1) Decommissioning of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) equipment and facilities in South Intake Cell (SIC) owned by MTR Corporation Limited.

 

2) The work commenced at the beginning of 2015. As a contractor, we are responsible for dismantling  of all equipment inside the SIC unit, including E&M installations, fire services, pipework, ductwork and other accessories.

 

3) All the works above shall be attended by Competent Person CP(NT). Qualified staff are provided to carry out those jobs in statutory manner. We also understand the importance of Environmental Protection. All the wastes generated in the process are treated in an environmental friendly way.

 

4) Additional work instruction (VO work) is sometimes requested by our clients. In this project, a Sealed Metal Enclosure with Anti-Corrosion coatings is constructed to blank-off a pipeline system and its associated parts in the chamber which is shown in the photo below.
